Natural ventilation or curtain ventilation uses a series of roof and sidewall vents. As the temperature increases within the greenhouse hot air also rises and escapes through the roof vents. Most people who use natural buoyancy have a series of roof vents as well as vents on the sides of your greenhouse. Our products range from the heaviest duty to the most economical.

As the hot air goes out of the roof vents a vacuum is created which brings in cooler air through the side vents. Individually controlled roof vents in the greenhouse allow the intake of cool air to be a gentle flow to bench level not a strong force that suddenly lowers the temperature.

When the temperature inside the greenhouse rises the hot air also rises and goes out the vents in the roof. This creates a vacuum that draws cooler air into the greenhouse through the sidewall vents located closer to the ground. Access to the greenhouse is comfortable through a wide double door and the roof vent allows you to regulate temperatures humidity and airflow.
